This December, we open our doors for a very special winter gathering -
a one-day Christmas market in our showroom in the center of Copenhagen - dedicated to craftsmanship, tradition, and the quiet beauty of handmade objects.

Christmas Market

As our special guest, the renowned Danish ceramicist Snorre Læssøe Stephensen joins us for an intimate celebration of his life’s work. For more than fifty years, Snorre has shaped porcelain and clay with a sensitivity that bridges ancient Japanese traditions and contemporary Scandinavian clarity.

On this day, we bring a rare piece of his world into ours.

From his secluded workshop in the fields of North Zealand - a place where silence, fire and clay meet - Snorre has hand-selected a collection of unique pieces: bowls, cups, vessels, pots, vases and other small unique objects and forms that each carry the traces of his unmistakable touch. Many of these works have never been shown publicly before. All of them are one-of-a-kind.

KYO

Throughout the event, guests are invited to explore a curated display of his ceramics. Warm drinks and special price offers on his KYO vases for Mazo will accompany the day - a moment to slow down, find something truly meaningful for the people you care about, and meet one of Denmark’s most poetic ceramic voices.

The KYO Collection

The KYO collection carries traces of both Scandinavia and Japan. Even though KYO was drawn decades ago, it corresponds perfectly with Mazo’s take on form, function and craft.
